Todays workout

Upper body:

Barbell bench press: 120kg 5 sets of 5 reps.

Incline dumbbell bench: 42kg 4 sets of 10
Superset with
Incline squeeze press: 22kg 4 sets of 8

Cable flyes 20kg: 3 sets of 15

Wide grip pullups 4 sets of 12
superset with
Seated cable rows 30kg: 4 sets of 10

Barbell bent over row 90kg: 3 sets of 8
